Dancing is a Language. It is rhythmically controls body movement. Dance is usually the expression of an idea or emotion in a space to music.
The five common elements of dance are Body,
Action, Space, Time and Energy. They help us to get our own messages through
the movement of passengers.
In that way Martha Graham the pioneer of the dance that started in Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka’s dancing have 3 main points. Such as Kandyan dance low country dance and sabaragamuwa dance. They show Sri Lanka’s culture. Other than Sri Lankan folk dance are also very famous all around world. In this way there are dances that are unique to each country.
Dance is very useful for a life. It burns
colories, strengthens muscles, improves balance, increases flexibility and
dance gives a good workout to the heart and healthier brain. Anyway dance has
